1.1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
● Request made within 30 days of delivery
● Item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
● Proof of purchase is provided
Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless
defective.

● Gift cards
● Clearance or final sale items

1.3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@bauerabaconnect.com within 7 days of
delivery. Include:
● Order number
● Photo of the damaged item
● Description of the issue
A full refund or replacement will be issued upon review.

1.4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
● Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
● Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
● Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
